Established in 1991, family run Hunslet Carr Fisheries has gone on to become a staple in the local community.

We believe Fish & Chips are one of the World’s greatest dishes, priding ourselves on bringing you the finest and most traditional Fish & Chips in Leeds.

All of our Fish is carefully sourced from sustainable and well managed fishing grounds locally. As well as our carefully selected potatoes by our potato merchant, and we only use the best and freshest ingredients.

Our Fish is freshly prepared on a daily basis, coated in our homemade batter and deep fried in beef dripping to make it really light and crisp.
